The all new 2014 Scion tc Sports Coupe is all set to debut at New York International Auto Show this year. Unveiled earlier this morning at a press conference, the scion is expected to be a big seller, focusing on the youth and the younger generation of buyers. The front-wheel-drive coupe will hit the dealerships sometime in June.

Powered by 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine creating 179-hp as it gets coupled with a 6-speed automatic or manual transmission, gets a mild refresh on the exteriors. The idea is to make it more appealing to the masses as it shares showrooms with the much more competent fr-s sports coupe.

The new Sports Coupe gets a more aggressive look as the front has been remodelled. The car gets a muscular look with a new hood and headlights. Resting on 18-inch alloy wheels and getting new hood, the LED lighting for the front and back grille as well as LED lights for the tail lamps complete the aggressive look of the fresh 2014 Scion tc Sports Coupe. Inside, the Scion introduces Scion Standard Display Audio that will feature HD Stereo capability, a 6.1 inch touchscreen, and Bluetooth integration. The steering wheel gets the controls. BeSpoke Premium Audio system helps the occupants to get more out of Scion’s new display system. The Scion logo flashes on the dashboard as the drivers enter the interior, gradually fading out.

 

Scion is celebrating 10th anniversary and each of these limited edition vehicles will boast of some unique touches and will be limited to just 10,000 vehicles.
